Welcome Reception
19:30 – 22:00, July 9, 2012 (Monday)
– Hosted at Koç University, registered participants and their accompanying persons are welcome to join the reception. Each accompanying person is charged 20 Euro fee. The dress code for the reception is casual. The buses leave at 18:30 in front of the hotel.
Bosphorus Boat Tour
19:00 – 23:00, July 11, 2012 (Wednesday)
– Registered participants and their accompanying persons are welcome to join the boat tour. Accompanying persons aged 12 or above are charged 50 Euro fee (30 Euro for those aged below 12). The buses leave at 18:30 in front of the hotel.
Public Lecture
10:00 – 11:00, July 12, 2012 (Thursday)
– A public lecture will be given by Prof. Peter Diggle from Lancaster University. Admission is free for all.
Gala Dinner
19.00 – 22.00, July 12, 2012 (Thursday)
– Hosted in Grand Cevahir Hotel & Convention Center, this is a paid event. 70 Euro fee is charged for each participant and accompanying person. The dress code for the reception is business casual. Please note that the registration fee does not cover the gala dinner and you may purchase tickets at the registration desk.
